BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT POLICY FOR EXPERIENCES AND ACCOMMODATION
The general cancellation policy requires the full payment 2 weeks prior to arrival, with a non-refundable deposit in case of cancellations, modifications, no-show or early departure. We have different cancellation and payment policies applicable for packages including accommodations or special events according to the hotel and vendors cancellation and payment policy. The particular cancellation policy for every service will be communicated by our staff members. If not specified, the general cancellation policy will apply.
CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT POLICY FOR WEDDINGS AND EVENTS
We have different cancellation and payment policies applicable for weddings and events including accommodations according to the hotel cancellation and deposits required, venue and vendors cancellation and payment policy. The particular cancellation policy for every service will be communicated by our staff members.
HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY
Exclusive Italy Tours will refer to the specific Cancellation Policy of each Hotel, that will be advised at the time of booking.
Private and Custom tours cancelled due to COVID-related travel restrictions will be considered on a case-by-case basis, with the goal of providing as much flexibility as possible.
SPECIAL EVENTS POLICY
In case of postponement of the special event or in case of definitive cancellation caused by any unusual and unforeseeable events beyond the control of Exclusive Italy Tours (including but not limited to bad weather, strikes and all other similar event), Exclusive Italy Tours will not be required to reimburse any deposit to the customer or pay anything as compensation, nor the customer may claim reimbursement of any additional costs incurred in case of postponement of the event ( i.e. costs for new event tickets, costs for extension of stay, costs for the change of flight reservations or/and transfers etc. ). Exclusive Italy Tours is not involved in any way in the planning, scheduling and management of the concert/event organization. Exclusive Italy Tours takes no responsability for any last minute changes on the event program/setlist.
To reserve a tour, Exclusive Italy Tours may require a deposit. Our staff will communicate to the clients if the required deposit is refundable or not refundable, and the terms of our cancellation policy related to the service booked.
Once a deposit has been received, and your reservation has been confirmed and accepted by Exclusive Italy Tours, we will send a final invoice. Final payment is required according to the cancellation policy applied, while is possible to pay on site for some experiences. Last minute (7 days prior to arrival) reservation are subject to 100% non-refundable down payment.
Payment must be in EURO, and can be processed by debit or credit card or wire transfer. Our staff member will provide a payment link with instruction. Some experiences can be paid at the end of the tour directly to our driver.
The prices of tours, experiences, accommodation, wedding and events will be communicated by our staff member at time of your request. Prices and invoices are displayed in EURO, can be based per person or per couple, and include VAT.
CHANGES FOR SCHEDULED DEPARTURE INITIATED BY GUEST
Requests to change tour or date of an existing reservation will be accommodated based on availability. The guest is responsible for any additional cancellation fees incurred from hotels, etc. Additionally, the guest must pay any increase in tour price if necessary.
Exclusive Italy Tours reserves the right to organize any date, route, activity, and hotel modifications to any tour according to your request. Exclusive Italy Tours is not responsible for any personal expenses incurred due to changes in itineraries or tour cancellations and modifications, such as prepaid hotel accommodations or airline tickets. We strongly recommend confirming your trip with us before making any additional travel arrangements.
Based on guest request, Exclusive Italy Tours may recommend the services of other vendors including hotels, transportation, restaurants, and other services outside the scope of our operations. While Exclusive Italy Tours takes care to recommend excellent and reliable external travel organizations, we do not guarantee services provided by these companies and are not liable for issues, or cancellations that may arise.
Please note that minors must be accompanied by an adult. Travelers under the age of 18 are welcome to participate in a Family or Private tour. We are happy to work with you and your family to select the date and destination that will meet your specific needs. Additionally, the children policy will be properly specified for particular activities where the presence of an adult is strictly required for responsibility.
Each guest must obtain a passport and any applicable visas for his or her tour prior to departure. If a guest is unable to obtain travel documents or is prohibited from entering the destination (including COVID-related travel restrictions), our standard cancellation policy will apply. Passports must be valid for at least six months after the tour ends.
Exclusive Italy Tours is not liable for bodily injury or property damage as a result of (but not limited to): physical exertion for which a guest is not prepared; forces of nature; collisions with bicycles, pedestrians, or automobiles; road conditions including but not limited to lack of shoulder and roadway surfaces affected by weather conditions; travel by plane, train, auto, boat, or other conveyance, or by bicycle, ski, horseback, foot, or other form of active or adventure travel; consumption of alcoholic beverages; civil unrest; terrorism; breakdown of equipment; high altitude; lack of or limited access to medical attention in remote locations or the adequacy of medical attention once provided. Exclusive Italy Tours is not liable for expenses including meals, transportation, or hotel costs that are not specified as included in the trip cost but may be required to get to or from a trip start or end. Exclusive Italy Tours reserves the right to make route and hotel modifications as necessary to improve the quality of a trip or to accommodate the comfort and wellbeing of guests.
We encourage all clients, while traveling to apply for Travel Insurance. This will allow you travel with peace of mind. Travel Insurance can reimburse you for non-refundable air and land costs, if you have to cancel a trip due to personal or family illness or accident. Exclusive Italy Tours is not responsible for any personal items left unattended during tours.
Exclusive Italy Tours is not responsible for loss of your personal belongings. In any case we provide a lost and found service.
While Exclusive Italy Tours makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of our publications, we cannot be held responsible for typographical or printing errors, including prices. Exclusive Italy Tours recognizes that some guests may have several food allergies. We make every effort to ensure that our suppliers are notified and prepared, but cannot guarantee that all requests will be accommodated. Additionally, guests grant Exclusive Italy Tours permission to take photographs or film recordings of trips for promotional and commercial use, without remuneration now or in the future. The guest agrees to assign all right, title, and interest they may have in or to any media in which their name or likeness might be used to Exclusive Italy Tours. Guests agree that Exclusive Italy Tours may use any testimonials regarding services rendered for promotional and/or commercial purposes without any remuneration now or in the future. Exclusive Italy Tours photography within this website is copyrighted by Exclusive Italy Tours and may not be reproduced without permission.
