This is a cultural visit to the city of Bologna. Along the way some stops are made in ancient Bolognese shops. Here you will taste the typical products of the gastronomic tradition, while telling their history, anecdotes and legends.
In the ancient medieval market you can taste mortadella, cracklings, dried sausage, chocolate, etc…
It was our first visit to Tuscany and a very memorable one given Niccolo’s knowledge of the area, choice of wineries and overall warmth of the experience.
